Returns Policy
Here at Koolstuff we know how un-nerving it can be buying on-line, which is why we have developed a returns policy to set your nerves at ease.
We know sometimes things just don’t fit, look or work the way you would like them to, so we offer no-fuss returns, free of charge! That’s right; we will pay the return freight because we want you to feel safe and confident when you buy from us. All you have to do is contact us for instructions and then drop your re-packaged purchase off at an Australia Post post office or agent and we will do the rest. Once we receive your return and inspected its condition, and as long as it meets the guidelines set out below, we will give you a store credit or full refund, including any freight we charged you. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You may return your purchased item, within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs.
Returned items must be packaged appropriately to avoid damage, preferably in the original packaging, so take care when opening your purchase.
Items must not be used, they can be opened, hygienically tried on with care,( socks, undergarments etc must be worn), their function can be tried, but not used for a prolonged period, scratches, marks and damage from wear or unpacking your purchase may result in your return being void.
You should expect to receive your credit or refund within 2 weeks. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from Australia Post (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
Product Warranty.
Many of our products have a manufacturer’s warranty, if you are claiming a warranty issue; please follow the instructions outlined in the product warranty section of the item you purchased. If you have any concerns, please contact us via our contacts page.
Shipping
We currently ship to Australia Only.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kg.
